The LARGE Screened in Balcony stretches from the Living room to the Master Bedroom. An Oversized closet is perfect for extended stays. IN UNIT Samsung stackable steam dryer and washer. Also there is a shared washer and dryer in the common room on my floor near the elevator. A lovely place to spend enjoying Boating, Fishing, Ft. Myers Beach and Lovers Key Island. A well maintained complex with a Gorgeous Entry Foyer, Large Sunny Pool and a Clubhouse. The Clubhouse offers a Pool table, Ping Pong, workout room and a Large Bay facing community room. Just across the bridge from the well known FLIPPER'S Restaurant and Lover Key's State Park. Lots of beaches to walk to and enjoy. Easy south end Island access allows for Dining in Naples and Bonita plus just 35 minutes from the Airport. NO pets allowed.
