Perfect Place, Perfect Stay

For one adult with two teenagers, this property was absolutely perfect: close to the beach, spacious, well-priced, tidy and cozy. We couldn’t have asked for anything simpler or more comfortable at our favorite beach spot: Kiawah.

Great place to stay! We will stay here again.

We lived this property. From the house, to the view to the short distance to the beach. Everything was great.

Perfect stopover

Stayed here 2 nights on our way to Florida. The condo is in a great location. Walk to the beach and the sanctuary. We rented bikes at the sanctuary and rode on the beach. It’s clean and has everything you need for a vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get away weekend

Kiawah is a great place to get away. Our unit was a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Right next door to The Sanctuary and a two-minute drive to the other restaurants and markets. The unit was perfect, beautifully decorated.

Convenient Location and Classic Kiawah View

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary during our weekend trip to Kiawah. The villa’s location was near The Sanctuary where we dined. Beach access was an easy walk between the villa and The Sanctuary. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and pond which included sightings of egrets and an alligator and an evening serenade by birds, frogs, and crickets.

It was nice /ok

The location is great to the beach and sanctuary. The condo itself has a nice layout, but there needs to be some updates. You can hear everything from the condo above.
