About this property

Luxuriously equipped FH / near the beach with boat launch, internet, sauna

Welcome to our luxuriously equipped holiday home in Makkum on the IJsselmeer in the very well-kept park Makkum.

The house is located on the open waterway to the IJsselmeer. You can take boat trips to the IJsselmeer from your own jetty. Or just sail in the park with z. B. an inflatable boat. The sand and surf beach with the boulevard can be reached in just a few hundred meters through the park.

From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the nature reserve and the IJsselmeer.

The location of the house is perfect for children. There is space near the house to play football, badminton or other sports. Children can swim, fish or go boating behind the house. In the park there is a mini golf course and canoes, bicycles, kettcars can be rented.

The house is completely renovated and newly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Our house has an internet connection. Also a sauna, which is very pleasant in the winter months. The house is equipped with 2 flat screen televisions with which you can receive the program digitally. Various other extras can be found on our website.

The house is non-smoking.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch einem Schlafzimmer herrlicher Blick auf den Kanal und dahinter auf das Ijsselmeer. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Kontakt zur hilfsbereiten Besitzerin.

Trotz des schlechten Wetters war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und gemütlich. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter hatten wir eine wunderschöne Aussicht aus unserem Wohnzimmer. Die Anlage war sehr sauber. Im Haus war allesvorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht.

Der Urlaub in Makkum war ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, die Lage ist perfekt, auch das Grundstück ist fantastisch. Es hat sowohl uns, als auch unseren Freunden sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Gut ist auch, dass die Vermieterin per Telefon und auch persönlich immer erreichbar ist.

Wir sind jetzt zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Haus und haben schon das nächste Jahr gebucht. Es ist immer wieder sehr angenehm und wir verbringen sehr gerne dort unseren Urlaub. Das Haus wird ständig aktualisiert und instand gesetzt. Sehr angenehme und sympathischer Kontakt. Besser geht’s nicht :)

Fijn huis aan het water

Fijne week gehad. Bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst(wel zelf keukenlinnen meenemen). Heerlijk zitje naast het huisje uit de wind, in de zon! kajakken om te gebruiken en een lekkere sauna. De douche in het toilet was wat erg krap, maar in het bad kon dat ook prima. Alles was goed schoon. En de hordeur was erg prettig(en nodig). De bedden waren wat matig, maar te doen. De omgeving is heerlijk, leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Kortom prima verblijf!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist modern und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war perfekt. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Drei Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: Eine kleine Badeleiter am Steg wäre schön. Das WLAN ist sehr unbeständig. Leider waren im Wohnzimmer 5 von 10 Lampen/Strahlern defekt, wodurch es gerade an trüben Tagen und am Abend recht dunkel war. In Summe ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich sehr gut erholen kann.

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Haus, alls sehr sauber, in einer ruhigen Lage des Resorts. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt sogar noch schöner und großzügiger als auf den Bildern, durch bodentiefe Eckverglasung und Raumhöhe bis zum Dach (Sicht-Dachstuhl). Die Zimmer sind untereinander sehr hellhörig, kann ein Vorteil sein (bei Kleinkindern). Es gibt Mückennetze vor allen Fenstern und eine Lüftungsanlage - wen das Brummen des Lüfters stört: Stecker im Heizungsschrank im Eingangsflur ziehen für vorübergehende Stillegung schafft Abhilfe.

Mooie vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht

Mooie vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis heeft een goede keukeninrichting, houtkachel, sauna, mooie terrasmeubelen en een zonnescherm voor de nodige schaduw. De mogelijkheid een sloepje te huren bij de woning werd door ons zeer gewaardeerd. Een absolute plus was het uitzicht over het IJsselmeer (zolang het riet niet te hoog staat).

Mooie grote woning met alle comfort !

De woning is zeer mooi ingericht, is prachtig gelegen met een mooi uitzicht op het IJsselmeer in de verte. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig om hier een leuke vakantie te beleven. De sauna is een topper. Alles is kraaknet en perfect onderhouden. Is in de zomer zeker en vast nog leuker.

Super schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein toller Blick aufs Wasser, zu dieser Zeit natürlich nicht so voll, aber dadurch auch sehr ruhig, Entspannung pur. Sehr freundliche Eigentümerin. Wir waren jetzt zum 2ten Mal mit einer 5er Gruppe in dem Haus. Wie immer war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und von der Lage in dem Resort, sehr gut positioniert. In kurzer Zeit ist man am Strand. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Eine großartige Unterkunft mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Ijsselmeer!!!

Wir haben die Pfingstferien in Makkum verbracht und waren begeistert. Es ist ein Ort der sich wunderbar zum „Abschalten“ eignet. Den Kindern standen Kanus zur Verfügung die zum Haus gehörten und sie sind zudem mit Begeisterung Tretboot durch das Resort gefahren. Lohnenswert ist in jedem Fall sich ein Motorboot auszuleihen und über das Ijsselmeer nach Makkum zu fahren. Das Abenteuer des Schleusens erfreut nicht nur Kinder! Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls super nett und hat stets jede Frage umgehend beantwortet! Alles in allem TOP! Eine einzige Sache die etwas lästig war... Mücken waren abends leider wirklich sehr viele da. In jedem Fall Mückenschutz mitnehmen!!!
