Avoid this place
My husband and I rented this place from December 1, 2022 through April 15, 2023. There were so many things wrong with this place. To start there was a big pile of garbage left in front of the house that was not picked up for a couple of weeks. The pool area had not been cleaned, there were wet towels and garbage all over and the bathroom for the pool area was disgusting. The microwave handle was broken, the ice maker made ice fine, but would not dispense ice, which I found quite inconvenient. The carpet throughout the pace was filthy, as were the air vents. The heat was not working, which we didn't discover until there was a cold spell at Christmas, it was eventually fixed after we sent pictures of the thermostat. The AC unit was leaking water through the ceiling into the main floor bedroom. We did inform the owner of this and sent her pictures, but nothing was done to fix it. There does not seem to be any basic maintenance done at this house, and the owner does not seem to care. The roof in the Lanai has a big hole in it, and leaks badly right by where the table is whenever it rains. I would not recommend this rental to anyone.
