PARTIES: This is a smoking-free and party-free house. It is a home in a family neighborhood. Respect the neighbors as your own.
Trash is picked up Monday. Recycling is picked up Friday. If you are staying on these days please pull bin to curb the night before pickup.

Another great stay-our second time at this property! Host very attentive when we flagged any issues and had them rectified quickly. Table tennis was great fun and the heated swimming pool was excellent.

No air conditioning and the property owner blamed us for his house being 85º. Pool hasn’t been cleaned, house is torn up. Owner is looking for cheapest way possible to take your money. Book somewhere else

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this location, we were 20-30 minutes away from Disney and Lego Land. The boys enjoyed Lego Land more than Disney. The house is close to stores and restaurants. My youngest age 10 enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The oldest age 17 got his own room and bathroom, so he was happy. Overall, it was a great experience. The owners of the VRBO were very responsive to a couple of my questions.

Great house for family of 5 adults

We stayed here while visiting the Disney parks in Orlando. Everything was taken care of at the house. It was a great house to come home to every night after days in the park. All of our adult kids had their room to go back to and veg. We did not use the pool at all - too busy at the parks.

Everything you need!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house. It is close to everything, including the parks! Games and ping-pong table were a hit and helped to decompress after long days. The owner was great, very quick to respond as we needed a couple of extra things and was very accommodating to our needs/request. Thanks for a great place to land! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Our stay wasn’t as pleasant. We had big and little bug issues in the garage and on the island seats. The overhead covering of the pool was ripped which allowed all the bugs in and limited us from using the pool. The floor had some damage that made our socks and shoes get caught. The knobs on the grill were damaged. We had to struggle with the knobs on the grill to get the gas lit.The welcoming message didn’t inform us that we had to pay to fill the tank for the bbq grill. It was our first time in Florida and we were very disappointed.

Great value near Disney

We arrived one day after Hurricane Milton, and the yard was a bit disshevled, everything was in tip-top shape. They even got someone out to clean the pool of all the leaves from the Hurricane. The nighborhood is quiet, fairly short trip to Disney. Accomodations are as described. Very minor complaint that the bedroom with the bunk beds does not have an accessible closet, and there is no pantry for food so you need to figure out a place to store food. All in all, wonderful place to stay. The owners were super responsive when I reached out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was much larger than the pics. The Ovation Bistro Restaurant ( dinner ) and First Watch breakfast Restaurant were alsovery close, as were several golf courses.Kumar was very responsive to any questions I had ( not many ) and my early walks around the development was perfect. Vey clean and private. I will book again in the near future for sure..

When we arrived we noticed the flooring was broken in many places, dishes dirty in cupboards, pans so dirty we had to get barkeepers friend to get clean in order to use. No laundry pods or detergent (typically have gotten at least 2 pods). Went to sit on couch and it was broken. No remote for outside TV. Remotes in bedrooms did not function properly. Was not notified until after asking that propane was not provided for the grill, 2 empty tanks. No grilling utensils or brush to clean grill. No extra toilet paper (rolls on holders were half gone). Beds very low to the ground and rock hard.Was not great to have spend extra cash for things that should be standard when renting.

I had to contact our hosts to get the check-in information. We were traveling the day of check-in and I wanted to have the information prior to then. I received it the night before after contacting them a second time.The kitchen facilities were adequate. However we could not find any trash bags after we took the trash out and had to purchase some.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great and the house was clean. I loved the master bathroom. The pool screen has a torn panel that was hanging down. It didn’t bother us but something that was noticeable that needed to be fixed. The owners were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome home

Our family had the best time here during our trip. Close to Disney and all other fun things to do. The hosts were absolutely wonderful in communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be returning next year. The home was spotless and we really enjoyed the heated pool. Had the best time.
