Welcome to Le Rêve Doré, a charming apartment located on the 2nd floor of a historic building, just a short walk from Rouen train station. Its central location makes it the perfect base to explore the city and enjoy everything Rouen has to offer.
Set in a secure building, this 27 m² apartment features a living area with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a shower room with toilet.
The main living space includes a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential kitchen utensils.
The separate bedroom offers a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a chest of drawers, and bedside tables, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay.
The shower room, accessible from the living area, is equipped with a washbasin unit, towel rack, hairdryer, iron, shower, and toilet.
The apartment benefits from high-speed fiber internet and a Smart TV, giving you easy access to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Deezer, Spotify, and YouTube.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
There is no private parking available, but public parking is possible in the surrounding streets, in accordance with the city’s parking regulations.
The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to respect the apartment and the neighborhood during their stay. A security deposit (pre-authorization) will be requested via a secure link in order to finalize your booking and receive access codes.
Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? An early check-in or late check-out option is available for a flat fee of €10, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team.

The accommodation enjoys a prime location, just 5 minutes on foot from Rouen train station and 10 minutes from the city center. You will find numerous shops, restaurants, and services nearby to make your stay more convenient.
For parking, street parking is available free of charge on weekdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM and all day on Sundays. A secure paid parking is also available at the train station, just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The Rouen Rive Droite train station area is one of the city’s main hubs thanks to its central and strategic location. Well-connected by public transport, it provides quick access to Rouen’s main cultural, historical, and tourist sites.
This vibrant area blends urban life with architectural charm, featuring Haussmann-style buildings, various shops, and a lively atmosphere during the day. In the evening, the neighborhood becomes calmer, especially in the surrounding residential streets.

With buses and the TEOR network, the heart of Rouen is just 10 to 15 minutes away, depending on the line. You can easily visit iconic sites such as Rouen Cathedral, the Place du Vieux-Marché, or the Gros-Horloge street without needing a car.
TEOR (East-West Rouen Transport):
The T4 line of the TEOR network runs nearby, connecting key neighborhoods from east to west. Thanks to dedicated lanes, TEOR ensures faster travel even during peak hours.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Guests with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may experience some difficulty accessing the apartment.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-ins are self-service for added flexibility, starting from 4:00 PM, and check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Welcome and Amenities:
This property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All guests are provided with bed linens, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper), as well as a large towel per person, accompanied by kitchen towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including trash bags, sponge, and dishwashing liquid is also provided for the duration of your stay.
We strive to provide a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen refresh, restocking of essentials, or delivery services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirming your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, including our local tips, discount codes from our partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Take care of the apartment as if it were your own; avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the space clean at check-out.
Follow the instructions regarding schedules, equipment use, and respect the neighbors’ tranquility.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited (250€ deducted from the security deposit).
No smoking inside the apartment (50€ deducted from the security deposit).
No pets, unless approved in advance (50€ deducted from the security deposit).
Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement cost.
