Conveniently located between Mount Snow and Berkshire East Mountain ski resorts, less than 10 miles to the town of Wilmington with pubs, restaurants and shops, easy access to the VAST snow mobile trails, and close to several lakes. Five bedrooms sleep up to 12 comfortably. Clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated in a modern-farmhouse style.
Come and enjoy the mountaintop views, outdoor hot tub, three fireplaces, wifi, DishTV, spacious living and dining rooms, and vaulted family room with rustic beams. Includes four full bathrooms, mud room with washer/dryer, two car garage, and ample parking. You’ll all gather in the fully equipped large eat-in gourmet kitchen complete with two full refrigerator/ freezers, large butcher block table, and 6-burner professional gas range. Play in the rec room complete with ping pong, pool table, foosball and more. In the winter, sled down the back hill, snowshoe around the property and warm up afterwards at the outdoor fire pit. In the summer you'll sunbathe and cool off in the large in-ground pool complete with pool house.
