Comprehensive COVID-19 precautions in place and adhered by all guests.Traveling, & need a great place to rest. Relax, you found it! A restful nights sleep awaits. Premium 2nd floor bedroom on pleasant street affords comfort & convenience close to all the hospitals, Xavier University within walking distance. Fantastic upscale shopping in Oakley & Hyde Park close by. Queen memory foam bed makes a restful night. Upscale amendments. Most of our guests are working professionals on short assignments.

Quiet peaceful nights rest awaits. No hoteling here! Just a comfortable nights rest, in pleasant surroundings. Newly redecorated room with new queen memory foam mattress, upscale amenities, separate fridge, 20” tv & Apple TV, large desk, super fast WI-FI.

Guests have access to the entire home, outside of private office and bedroom. Laundry on site, soap, fabric sheets included! Ever go to the Laundromat? Laundry onsite is priceless!

Most of our guests are working professionals, on short term assignment, or moving to the area.

Our furry rescued friends will become your best friends! We have had so many positive comments, gifts, and interaction with our special family, many have asked for pictures with, and to be sent to them! Need a therapy session? They are very well behaved, and are not allowed in your room, unless you want! Come meet our family, they will win you over, and the reason we have many return, just for a visit!

COVID -19 UPDATE.
We ask that our guests follow all CDC guidelines, and wear mask when appropriate, report immediately if you are not feeling well, sanitize (with provided cleaners) as needed, after cooking, using facilities, or any other event that could expose others. Wash clothing as needed in our FREE onsite Washer and Dryer. Furnace equipped with UV light to kill bacteria and airborne viruses as well as air purifier running 24 / 7

Two week Cincy visit to relax, rest...

Very clean and quiet. Convenient location. Very cordial hosts. Walkable neighborhoods. Car rental or Uber is needed for the airport and downtown trips, but that’s all. Friendly local merchants.
