Located in the heart of Nice, in the charming Musicians' district, this recently renovated apartment with quality materials benefits from easy access to public transport and is close to all amenities.
This duplex consists of a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a beautiful sunny patio as well as an independent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there is an independent bedroom.
Probably the best location in Nice for your stay: less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach, old Nice, the famous "Place Masséna" and the Promenade des Anglais.
This charming apartment is also very close to all public transport: tram stop a 1-minute walk away, train station and taxi rank less than 5 minutes away. You also have the possibility of easily parking your vehicle in the paid public car park located 150 metres from the apartment.
You only have to put down your luggage and enjoy your stay: the cleaning is done just before your arrival, bed and bath linens are provided, as well as welcome products for your arrival.
