About this property
House with swimming pool in Provence at the gateway to the Luberon
Recent single-storey house with swimming pool, on a plot of 600m2.
The house consists of a beautiful living room with integrated kitchen, 3 bedrooms: a master suite, a 2nd bedroom in the house, a 3rd independent bedroom of about 10 m2 (access from the outside) with an extra bed and a shower room. In the house another bathroom and separate toilet.
In the garden, dining area, relaxation area (terrace, hammock) and swimming pool .
Our house is located 5 minutes from the centre of Forcalquier (organic producers' shop), a town of 5000 inhabitants in the Alpes de Haute Provence, at the gateway to the Luberon Natural Park. The region is very pleasant for all nature and sun lovers.
We are 50 minutes from Aix en Provence, 1h30 from Marseille, 2h from Avignon and 2h30 from Nice on the French Riviera. Marseille Provence airport is 1H15.
