La Pointe is a classic beach home tucked away in the popular Grove By The Sea Neighborhood. With a private pool (plus the option to heat) and an easy walk to the beach, this Seagrove home will make the perfect 30A vacation.

With 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and sleeps up to 9 guests, There's plenty of room across the main living area to relax with family. This home is meant for entertaining. Enjoy your favorite shows with Hulu Live TV for an enhanced viewing experience, dine indoors or out with plenty of options suited for formal dinners or a casual lunch. The 1st floor also includes a convenient queen bedroom and 2nd bedroom with queen bunks with trundle bed. The master bedroom is upstairs, as well as the laundry room. With 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and sleeping up to 9 guests, everyone can unwind in comfort.

Grab some fresh air on the wraparound screened-in porch, or soak up the sunshine lounging at your own private pool. Relax while you grill up some delicious barbeque and watch your family splash their cares away in the cool water. Head up to the private balcony upstairs for a bird's eye view of the neighborhood. Part of the balcony is screened in and the other part is open air.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Quick beach getaway

I friended I decided to take our girls on a quick beach getaway before they started high school. They wanted to go to Seaside, but of course everything there is super expensive. This is a perfect alternative and is right next to seaside. Perfect location, easy walk or bike ride to the beach and easy golf cart ride or drive to Seaside for dinner highly recommend. So nice to have the pool as well.

Love the pool and short walk to the beach! The house was stocked with a lot of dishes and cookware as well as towels and blankets. Appreciated the three full bathrooms too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While location was good, there were very dangerous conditions that could have cause harmed to our kids. Railings were not secure on the balcony. Luckily, we grabbed our kids before they leaned on them. Otherwise, they would have fallen through. Disappointed in this rental management company to not have caught that before we arrived.

It’ does have some wear and tear but overall a beautiful home. The pool in the backyard needs a little love but the major problem is nosy next door neighbors that must live there as a permanent residence . Our children had a noise complaint at 9pm for being in the back yard by pool. Neighbors took it upon themselves to yell at them and creep through the bushes in the dark and scared our children. They even called the police . Police didn’t even know why they were even called b/c it was so quiet and left. It’s obvious that these neighbors don’t like renters and majority homes on this street are rental properties.

Great property - the WORST property manager

Beautiful home, excellent location (5 min walk to the beach, 1 mile to Seaside city center). Neighborhood is lovely. Home very comfortable, beds and bedding were great. Property manager ruined the trip - did not fix one thing during my stay (pool heater didn't work for 3 days but still charged me, 2 tvs didn't work, wifi & cable were out (wifi very spotty after back on - wouldn't recommend if you are trying to work at the home), pool was filthy, cleaned on our 4th day there). Property manager was difficult and rude - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Vacayzen who they provide a credit provided a broken golf cart (took 24 hours to fix), and 2 of 5 bikes were broken (never replaced). Lovely lovely home but seriously hard to consider renting again because of the horrible service.

We loved the neighborhood and the area the home was in. The beach was super close (about a 5 min walk). It was easier for us to rent a golf cart to drive all the things to the beach. Would highly recommend renting one for this area. Not only for the beach but there are super cute areas to eat and shop just a mile down the street and the golf cart made it easy. Especially for parking near seaside. The property manager works with vacayzen rentals and gets you a great deal as well. The property manager was very helpful with anything you need. Pool was great especially after a long day at the beach. This house has everything you need for a great vacation! LOVED! Will come again!

Reviewer Comments: The neighborhood was the star of the show here. 2 looping streets that were tree-lined and shady, with pools, tennis, and basketball. Upon leaving the neighborhood, simply cross the street to the Andalusia beach entry, which itself was picturesque. About 1 mile west is Seaside, about 2 miles east is more good shopping, eating, and trailhead. Publix is 0.5 mile drive for supplies. Grayton Beach about 3 miles.House was 4/5 for quality and amenities, but some a bit dated. Be aware the back corner bedroom has the pool pump right outside the window, and kids or light sleepers might have trouble with the constant noise. Master suite upstairs is spacious. Bunk beds in final room nice to have. Be aware of the trash pick up days, we almost didn't put out because we arrived late the night prior, but the cans were full to the brim.Pool is a bonus. Can be heated, but you have to decide early in your trip because they won't heat for any less than 3 days. Weather wasn't permitting on days 1 and 2, I called on day 3 and was told I could call day 4 to turn on to get up to temp for days 5 and 6. I called back day 4, was told it was too late. I explained the prior day's conversation, but no recourse. I suggested they make sure to educate the person who told me wrong, all I got in response was, "OK I'll talk to them." Put a bit of a cloud over an otherwise good stay.

Lovely home great location!

Great experience from beginning to end. Front keypad did not work but customer service got us in immediately remotely. Great kitchen with all you could ever need. Will definitely stay again.
