This beautiful holiday home is located on Aspö, on the shores of Lake Mälaren. It has a large terrace, wood-burning stove and its own boat. Not far from the golf course and Mariefred. This holiday home offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. The house has been completely renovated. There is an open fireplace in the living area on the ground floor. Wood can be purchased from the owner. A large lawn with a football goal invites you to play. You can swim and use the rowing boat on the private jetty. A motor can be hired from the owner on request. You can fish in the lake free of charge. Life jackets are available in various sizes. The wood-heated whirlpool and sauna are shared with the family of the neighbouring house. A ramp and trailer are available so that the boat can easily be lowered into the water. You can drive up to the house by car. The immediate surroundings of the house are rich in game. You will also find plenty of mushrooms and berries. The location of the house is undisturbed, enjoy the beach walks and oak forests here. Stockholm is also not far away. You are also close to the Fogdö golf course as well as the picturesque towns of Mariefred and Gripsholms Castle. In Läggesta you can board a narrow-gauge railway and from there steamships also leave for Stockholm.
