Owner purchased this House in 1996
Why Owner chose Harbor Springs
Built it new in 1996 because of the area. located in a quiet, treed subdivision of Hidden Hamlet. Very close to skiing and close to Petoskey State Park on lake Michigan. Many amenities: game room, gas fire place, outdoor jacuzzi, fire pit, gas grill, bicycles. So many things to do or also just relax in a great up north atmoshphere. Petoskey state Park on lake Michigan is just a short 4 mile drive. Tunnel of Trees drive begins about 10 minutes away just on the other side of downtown Harbor Springs.
What makes this House unique
One of the best things I like is to fall asleep to the sound of the creek flowing in the backyard, you can hear it with the windows open. Eating out on the deck is also fun. Sitting in front of the fire or especially in the jacuzzi after skiing.....priceless. The game room is also a lot of fun. Making smores in the fire pit; great up north tradition.

Beautiful setting - great house.
Owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!
A definite 5 star vacation home!
This home had everything you could ask for! Our only regret is that our time there was to short as we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities that this home has to offer! Guy was very accommodating & quick to answer any question we had.
Excellent house in a great location
The house was great to accommodate for ten people. Guy was easy to get ahold of and offered ideas of things to do in the area.
Very secluded and yet right off main roads....plenty of space.
July 2019 Vacation Stay
We had a great time at this cabin. The kids loved the game room. It was nestled in a private tree lined sub division. I walked every morning throughout it. We were close enough to go to Mackinaw Island, Petosky, and obviously down town Harbor Springs. All lovely places to be. There was nine of us and the cabin accommodated for that nicely. The only down fall was that there was no air conditioning and a couple of nights we were a bit too hot for my liking. Most nights, however, were cool and breezy and it posed no problem. The manager was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Overall, it was perfect place to stay. Thanks Guy!
