The apartment is located on the lake side on the third floor of an apartment complex. From the balcony or through the large living room window you have a wonderful view of the marina of the Marina Wendtorf, the Kiel outer fjord and the bird sanctuary Bottsand.





The bright and cozy apartment was completely renovated in 2016.





 





Domestic equipments:





The apartment consists of a hall, living room and bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a stable bunk bed.





Living room and bedroom:





The living room and bedroom is equipped with a Murphy bed, which is a cozy place to sleep. A sturdy table with four chairs invites you to share meals or play evenings.





From the couch with chaise longue, you can look at the width of the conveyor and watch the ships passing by or just relaxing. Next you have a LED TV, stereo for a relaxing time in the apartment with Förde view available.





Kitchen:





The kitchen offers a spacious work surface, with 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooker, toaster and coffee maker. The equipment of crockery and cutlery is sufficient for 6 people.





Balcony:





On the balcony you can spend relaxing hours and unwind. From here you have a very nice view directly on the Kiel outer fjord with the passing ship traffic and the bird sanctuary Bottsand.





Location:





Marina Wendtorf is a small resort with marina in the middle of the beautiful provost. From here you can make beautiful hiking and biking tours, always right along the water, to the seaside resorts, Laboe, Schönberger beach, Heikendorf and stone undertake.





The state capital Kiel can be reached by car in 20 minutes, by bus or by delivery steamers from Laboe. Here you can shop extensively and experience the cruise ships up close.





And if the weather does not play along, the seawater swimming pool Laboe offers a lot of fun and joy.
