The apartment faces south and offers a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of the tourist port of Marina degli Aregai and the Ligurian Sea. From a small terrace and the large equipped outdoor area you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. The position is ideal to visit not only the beautiful beaches of Sanremo (13 km), Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano al Mare and Arma di Taggia (6 km), but also the nearby Côte d?Azur (Mentone 47 km). Moreover, one can visit the botanical Hanbury Gardens or visit the prehistoric findings of the Balzi Rossi at Grimaldi (museum). For those who enjoy hiking or biking, the longest coastal path in Europe awaits at San Lorenzo. Following an old railroad line, right by the sea with beautiful views that you can't get from the normal road, the path leads to Ospedaletti. At 36 km is Triora, the witch village worth seeing with an extraordinary museum. About 69 km away are the impressive caves of Toirano. To the characteristic medieval village of Dolceacqua, with its famous stone bridge and the remains of the Doria castle above the town, it is 46 km.
