Enjoy the central location between the sea, town centre and nature, ideal for a break for two or three. Your apartment offers a simply furnished living room with access to the balcony. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or use the dining area for meals together.



Step out onto the balcony and let your gaze wander over the pine forest. Take a seat at the small table and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. A sunshade provides shade on hot days. The house is situated in the second row and therefore offers a certain degree of privacy in the middle of a lively neighbourhood.



The wide sandy beach, the marina and the centre of Argelès-sur-Mer with its restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Take day trips to nearby Spain or visit Perpignan with its historic old town. Golf enthusiasts will find a well-maintained course nearby.
