The beautiful cottage has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped large kitchen, living room and dining room. The house is located in a very quiet area and the modern decorated rooms are large and bright. Enjoy the large veranda with tables, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs and a brick barbecue. Here you can enjoy sunbathing, refresh yourself in the large pool or have cozy barbecues. No parties or events are welcome. The city of Valencia with its many attractions is only 35 km away. While there, visit the Albufera Nature Park and the Oceanográfic, the largest aquarium in Europe. To make your stay even more unique, the owner of the house, who is a skilled cook, offers to prepare a typical paella for the whole family. Prices on request.

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil , un gérant disponible . Une villa à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Spacieuse, propre et retirer des grandes villes . Les extérieurs sont super, barbecue, salon, piscine … Villa très bien équipée, propre , fonctionnel ! Petit bémol pour l’eau chaude au niveau des douches surtout eau chaude , eau froide il faut jouer avec le robinet et cela plusieurs fois pour tenter d’avoir une douche à bonne température… Merci pour ce séjour !

muy buena estancia

La casa estaba limpia, el exterior es perfecto, la zona de barbacoa, piscina muy agradable. Hemos pasado una semana perfecta. La parte mala es la ubicación, está muy apartada de todo, el camino sin asfaltar y bastante dejado, muchos gatos callejeros. Si puedo dejar una crítica, sería que el agua de la piscina estaba muy turbia, para arreglar eso hace falta poner mucho la depuradora, pero al final de la estancia te cobran la electricidad consumida. Pienso que si te cobran el consumo, al llegar la piscina tendría que estar limpia. Al irnos, quisieron cobrarnos 252 € de electricidad por una semana, menos mal que revisé el contrato y ponía que el consumo eran 6€ al día. Revisad que no os cobren un precio al KWh. Por el resto, la recomiendo

Beware hidden charges you have been warned

On the whole it was an enjoyable stay at a lovely house and great outside area and pool which due to the time of year was covered up fair enough now the moans if you can put up with the constant dog barking all day long because the locals all go to work and leave their dogs outside one starts barking they all start .....also I would like to point out that when I thought I was booking with Homeaway it in fact once the deposit had been paid I was passed on to a company called Novasol i was then informed of the over the top cleaning charges of 150 euros plus 10 euro per person for bedding and towels 190 euro on top of the rental to be paid in cash on arrival then pay on departure a further 42 euro for electricity 232 euro on top of what is already an expensive villa no wifi ..... Will we be back NO. Will I use Homeaway again maybe after checking that I won't be passed on to a third party booking agent and checking very hidden extra costs also the pool area had a lot of broken tiles which were sticking up with sharp edges
