Situated on a quiet street near Le Mans hospital and just a 3-minute walk from the Tramway T1 station, You'll benefit from direct and easy access to the lively city centre, the beautiful Medieval Old Town, the train station, the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, and the exhibition centre.

Our room offers you:
A private and comfortable space with a double bed.
A private shower room and toilet located on the landing, for your privacy.
The possibility of parking for free on the street or in front of the house.
A very quiet environment, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Quick access to the ring road for your car journeys.

Sophie and Eric were amazing! They are the sweetest and were so helpful with all my questions and flexible with my logistics. I was in town for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. I was checking in late after driving into town and they were accommodating and helpful. I had questions regarding getting to/from the circuit and they were extremely helpful! They responded to my messages promptly and answered all my questions.Their home was beautiful and extremely comfortable for my short stay.I would definitely book with them again! Thank you again!
