Kitchen has everything you will need for your stay! There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room
We provide all linens and towels, And just a start pack of essentials
There is a Publix just 5-7 min walking distance from this condo and the island of pigeon Forge is just across the street.
A lot of good restaurants and attractions just in a walking distance.
Dollywood is 8 min drive
Gatlinburg is 15 min drive
Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

If you are looking for a place the is on the main drag but quiet, this is your place! So very convenient to everything on the strip and walking distance to Publix. Main bed is super comfy! Pull out is as you would expect. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was pretty clean, bedding and towels smelt like good laundry detergent not that hotel smell, IYKYK. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Little Spot

This was the perfect little spot for what we needed. It was just a road over from the main strip but it never felt that way. It was easy to find, clean, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on! Would definitely stay again!

Nice place but has bugs!

Property is in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Pretty clean. Had to wait past 4 to check in because check in information was sent late. Only had one pillow for the pullout bed and needed two. Had a horrible last night because bugs started coming out in the bedroom. Had a roach, spider and two other creepy crawlies crawling around.

Great for a little weekend getaway!

This is a great space for couples/small families! Location is awesome, it was very clean and mostly quiet at night (there is a go-cart track across the strip.) The bed was comfortable and we had no issues! Thank you!

Super convenient location; just like the photos

I knew exactly what to expect after viewing the photos and descriptions. The location is super convenient to everything on that end of the parkway. We had teenagers staying with a group at a cabin near Dollywood, only about 10-12 minutes away. They were attending an event at the convention center, which was only about 6-8 minutes away. One day we had them at the Track, and I left to run to Publix, put what I bought in the fridge, and headed back to the Track. That was a super easy trip that did not take very long at all. The bed was a little uncomfortable for multiple nights, but that is a common feeling for both me and my spouse and not necessarily a fault of the mattress. The bathtub and stove were older, but the tub served our needs and we did not cook in the condo at all.

Center of Everything

The location is amazing! The property is nicely kept. Literally can walk to anything you’d need. Publix is at the end of the street with a gas station next door to it. Pancake house is around the corner, the Island and arcade is right across the main strip. No better location in Pigeon Forge I don’t think! Some things to note: Wi-Fi is very slow, trouble streaming video on phone/tablet but cable tv is available. We were out and about most each day, so it wasn’t a huge issue at all.. But if you’re planning on doing any remote work while here this will not work for you. This isn’t the hosts issue- internet is provided by HOA on the property and he cannot help this. Just want to make note since the regular cell service is nonexistent in the area also. Bring a tide pod and dryer sheets if you need to do laundry. There is a stackable unit but no detergent or dryer sheets. Overall: Host was very helpful and communication was great! We added on another day with ease last minute. Would absolutely stay here again bringing a hotspot and tide pods :)

Ok for two adults but the pullout couch bed was unusable. I’ve never seen such a thin and uncomfortable mattress in all my years sleeping on couches. The actual bed was comfortable. Very stingy with towels and the only amenity provided was 4 k-cups (not enough for 2 adults for the days we stayed). The kitchen lacks basic items like oven kits, salt, pepper, etc. so it was not usable. Location is great and parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Overall this was fine for 2 adults but would not comfortably sleep 4 as listed.

PROS: The room was clean, as was the general property and grounds. The location was centrally located and close to many shops, restaurants, etc.CONS: small things; no tissue/Kleenex, the bathroom cabinet door was broken and the WiFi was spotty. I think maybe several of the condos use the same WiFi because it seemed to be worse when there were more people on site.HUGE Con: the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We had to go purchase a memory foam mattress pad to make it through our stay. I would recommend a new mattress to promote repeat guest stays.

The Condo was nice, roomy, and easy to find. It was right off the strip with easy access to all venues. Across the street from the Island and within walking distance if you are not afraid to cross traffic. About a 10 min walk. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable

We arrived a little earlier than expected so we asked if the condo was ready by chance, and got a quick reply that it was! We only stayed 2 nights but had a great time. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a simple meal (pots, pans, utensils, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.) Conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. We brought our electric bikes and rode the Riverwalk Greenway one morning. I realized once we got back home that I left a dress at the condo. They had found it and offered to mail it back to me. Very accommodating and pleasant.
