Beaucoup de choses a revoir

-Menage soi-disant fait avant notre arrivee : logement sale, poubelle non vidée -Pas de clim : effectivement indiqué dans l'annonce mais en canicule c'est insupportable -Materiel cassé : bouton douche, bouton temperature frigo ventilateur qui n envoit pas d air, frigo qui ne refroidit pas vraiment -Pas de four : serait interessant d'en mettre un -Etat general vieillot et laissant a desirer -Points positifs: plage et piscine à proximité Rapport qualité/ prix mediocre au vue des prestations proposees

Nous sommes navrés d’apprendre que la qualité du ménage n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes malgré le travail effectué en amont de votre arrivée et nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas sollicité notre assistance durant votre séjour. En effet, notre équipe aurait été ravie d’intervenir une seconde fois dans le logement afin d’assurer votre confort. Elle a par ailleurs été informée de vos remarques afin de garantir plus de rigueur à l'avenir. Le bouton de la douche a désormais été réparé. Nous confirmons que le réfrigérateur ne présente aucun défaut et qu'il a été acheté il y a deux ans seulement, toutefois il arrive que nous clients le remplissent de nourriture à leur arrivée et, dans un tel cas, il faut patienter un certain temps pour que la température souhaitée soit atteinte. Nous prenons bien note de toutes vos remarques pour de potentielles futures amélioration et nous espérons avoir la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l'un de nos nombreux logements. Problème sur problème

Place de parking non disponible pendant 48 heures quelqu'un s'y était garé !! Machine à laver changée,nous avons été bloqué 2h dans l'appartement que darty vienne livrer la nouvelle Lave vaisselle en panne un dépanneur vient le lave-vaisselle est mort le dépanneur fait tout pour le changer le jour même (veille du 15aout) bref bloqué de 14 à 17 h30 dans l'appartement Appartement vétuste pas de rangement pour nos affaires Seul point positif la réactivité de interhome face à tout ces problèmes

Mooie omgeving

De omgeving van het huis was prachtig, Het waas 35-40 graden en hebben echt genoten. voorzieningen buiten huis waren goed, zoals zwembad naast de deur en beveiliging van het hek. Het huis voldeed niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen, we hadden groter voorgesteld, en we hadden liever een aparte slaapkamer gehad. Verder was het fijn dat er een wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig waren.
