Great home for Family Reunions, Groups and even a small Family! This open living plan style home has nice upgrades and is coming completely furnished, just move the family in and you're ready to enjoy home. Really nice outdoor entertaining area that has a good waterfront view and is directly across from the private subdivision boat launch; just steps away from the home. This property is centrally located with easy boating to either end of the lake; located near United Bay Area. This Lake House also offers a Full House Generator.
We're 3.2 miles from Toledo Tackle, Market Basket Grocery Store and El Patio Mexican Restaurant. 2 Miles away from Fisherman's Gallery Restaurant (Seafood and Steaks). and The Famous Pendleton Bridge!! Across the Bridge you are in Texas. Great Seafood Restaurant (Lost Frontier Restaurant); which has an awesome Pool who caters to older and younger children for a small fee. We're located 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Famous Natchitoches; Home of the Festival of Lights at Christmas time!! Antique shopping at its Best around here; including the All famous "Sale on the Trail" Yearly sale. It begins in Natchitoches, La. and ends in Nacogdoches, Texas. DelaHoussaye Family Annual Toledo Bend fishing trip

Our group consisted of 12 guys aging from 11 to 83 years old. All family and we really enjoyed the place! We fished Sac a lait Saturday and cleaned them at the VRBO house. We cooked spaghetti, grilled deer burgers and fried French fries cut from potatoes. The place had everything we needed to cook. Our family was very pleased with the sleeping accommodations. We plan to reserve house for our 2025 trip!

First Louisiana visit

The host Cindy and Herb were so welcoming. The host and the house we give an A++. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay and visit with them. Will definitely try to return very soon.

We're steps away from Our Community Launch Dock, where you can tie up your boat and leave there overnight; or pick it up and park it !! Either way!

This Lake House is available for a small family or a Large Family/Group Gatherings. Fishing Teams are Welcome!!!!! 11 Beds and can sleep 16 Total!!!!! You don't need to go far for Great Fishing in this United Bay Area. We have a large Parking Area and have Parked and Charged as many as 7 Boats over a weekend!!!!!!
