This property has a private boat launch and a private boat house and is lighted for night fishing. The boat house has two boat slips and is equipped with a fish cleaning station and plenty of room for a fish fry with friends and family.

The property is completely fenced with a large open yard perfect for the kids to play and has 200 feet of beautiful waterfront on a deep water cove, just off the main lake.

The cabin is completely furnished and has a great view of the water from many rooms. It is peaceful and serene.

Grocery shopping and restaurants are available within a quick 5-10 minute drive to Zwolle OR Many!

Wonderful stay. Had great weather all week and fishing wasn’t too bad. It was actually really good right off the dock. The place is very clean and secure. Quiet, peaceful location.

Everything about the place was awesome. From the location on the lake, to the friendly neighbors that offered fishing insight to us knowing we weren’t locals. Everything was clean, and well kept. Plenty of utensils for cooking, and everything needed to dock more than one boat for the entirety of the stay. Everything was very roomy, and the WiFi was fast for everyone there. Would 10/10 recommend for the price, location, and value you get. Not to mention, there is great fishing all around the cove/main lake outside the cove.

Great location on the water

Great place to stay. Boat ramp made it very convenient to launch boat. Dock had a lot of space to sit and relax and swim. Cabin has everything we needed and more.

This rental property has it all. Well stocked… comfy furniture and beds. Boat house and dock is extra special. We caught bass, catfish and crappie… although numbers were low.

Another great stay

We had a great time at Castlelandry properties. We caught and fried fresh bass, used the fire pit and boys played in the yard. Everything we needed was here. Can’t wait to come back again

Lake trip

The property was well kept and everything worked. Check in and out was simple and the grounds keeper was very helpful. This was a fishing trip and even with raining wet weather the pier at least allowed some good times.

Once again enjoyed our stay. Cabin is well furnished. Loved the new pots and pans. Could have done a/o all the storms and rain. Mother Nature wasn’t too kind this trip.

The cabin was so clean and there was plenty of room for everyone!!! The yard and that of all neighbors were so neat and well maintained!!! All of us enjoyed the super nice pier!!! The cabin is equipped with everything you need and beds are comfortable!!! We will definitely be back!!! Can’t wait!!! Owner was very accommodating and although we didn’t need to contact owner during our stay we felt comfortable knowing that she was only a phone call away!!!

Annual Family Vacation

This was our 3rd annual family vacay at this property. We originally picked it 3 yrs ago because of the location and safety for grandkids. We informed owners 1st year of spider situation on boathouse. 2nd year spider situation worse. 3rd year really really bad, spiders crawled on us. Wharf needs new boards, rotten, boathouse not enjoyable at all with all the spiders. It saddens me to say this was our last year at this property. Many great memories were made here and my kids are sad we will not return to this property. Owner really needs to spend a little money in rebuilding/repairing wharf, and definitely get a grip on spider situation. Also, webs are making their way into the cabin now. We experienced many webs/spiders in cabin. Very very disappointing and will be looking for new property to stay next year.

Now that we are all parents ourselves, we are so excited to give our kids the same valuable experiences we gained while spending time together on the water; whether we were fishing, skiing, or just hanging out on the pier. We hope this cabin will become a place of happy memories for you and your family and friends as well!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is a great meeting ground for our our Texas and Louisiana families. The house is spacious enough for us all to fit and sleep comfortably (with the right cot an air mattress configuration) and the giant yard is fenced and safe for our kiddos to play and explore while we hang out in the boat house nearby.
The boathouse is fantastic for fishing, swimming, and cooking out.

It's tucked away off the main channel so boat traffic is at a minimum.
