Wheelchair-accessible Baltic Sea apartment "Hafenkino" with large terrace by the water

Our wheelchair accessible apartment "Hafenkino" with its exclusive location directly on the water makes holidaymakers hearts beat faster.

With its large and partly covered terrace in south-west orientation, it provides the perfect setting not only for breakfast at sunrise, but also for dinner at sunset. Whether extensive sunbathing, a relaxed coffee table or a barbecue on the grill, the use is variable - only one thing remains: the beautiful view!

The terrace is adjacent to the marina and thus offers perfect harbor cinema for our guests.
The ground floor apartment is characterized by its wide doors, an adjustable single bed, a wheelchair-accessible washbasin, a disabled toilet (50cm high) with a raise bar and a stepless shower with folding doors, barrier arm. In addition to a master bedroom for two people with box spring (1.80 x 2.00 m x 65 cm), it still has room for a third person in another bedroom.
On the left next to the double bed you have 60cm, on the right 75cm and on the side of the cabinet 85cm.
The single bed is electrically adjustable in height, as there is a pull-out under this bed box. It has a height of 68cm and a width of about 94cm. The interior doors have a door measurement / width of 94 cm.
Through the spacious hallway leads into the light-flooded living and dining area with a cozy lounge corner and floor-to-ceiling picture windows, which allow a view of the water during cooking, eating and watching TV. Adjacent is the open kitchen with cooking island. In terms of equipment, this leaves nothing to be desired and offers a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, various spices and elegant barbecue utensils.

The lovingly furnished apartment is the maritime decoration to a oasis of well-being.

The apartment "Hafenkino" is part of the newly built Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be construction activities in the area. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
