The apartment is simply beautiful and is naturally well-lit thanks to its large windows. It is spread over 98 sqm and has a capacity to accommodate three people.
The living room is furnished and decorated in soothing light tones. It features a large grey sofa, a navy blue single sofa bed, as well as a coffee table and a matching tv unit with a smart TV hosting Netflix. From within the living area you can access a balcony offering panoramic views on the parks in the neighborhood. It includes two chairs and a table, for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful scenery.
Next to the living area is dining table for four, nested within the open-kitchen, having luxurious black counter tops and white cabinets. The kitchen includes all equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and more.
Inside you will find the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh linens. The room includes a wardrobe, and also has access to a private balcony with furniture.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi, shower cabin, two wash basins, and a toilet, and the other including a wash basin and a toilet. Both bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, iron board, and a washing machine.

Zooming Out
Park Towers is a mixed-use complex located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) in DIFC. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the complex features two high-rise buildings with apartments, offices and shops. Each building has 49 floors, seven of which are designated for offices, while residential units begin from the 12th floor upwards. The podium level consists of parking spots as well as retail spaces.
The two buildings are instantly recognisable in the DIFC area. In fact, the complex was named the ‘Best Mixed-Use Development in the World.’
Each tower has 40 floors and great amenities such as parking, High-Speed Elevators, 24-Hour Security, and a fully equipped gym. Among other lifestyle amenities, there’s a large, indoor swimming pool, along with landscaped gardens and sports facilities at the podium level.
Those who drive can reach places like Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport in less than 15 minutes. Access to E11 makes commuting to other areas of Dubai easier.

There are several bus lines that operate in and near DIFC, such as 27, 29 and X22. The nearest bus stop is located a minute away at Zabeel.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR PARK TOWERS
Those relying on Dubai Metro to commute around will find Park Towers DIFC’s location quite convenient. One can reach the Financial Centre Metro Station within 15 minutes by walk. Other stations are located at Emirates Towers, World Trade Centre and Dubai Mall at a 7-minute drive.
