Conveniently located at the corner of Eighth Street and Ocean Avenue and is within walking distance (a few minutes) of the Boardwalk, Beach, Music Pier, Downtown Shopping area, OC Waterpark, Playland’s Castaway Cove, and Gillian’s Wonderland Pier. This large raised 1st Floor condo, newly built in 2017 will be your home away from home with all the comforts you need including Central Air, heat, and a built-in gas log fireplace. This home sleeps a maximum of 14 guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, high-end kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, custom tiled back-splash, stainless steel appliances. This condo has a large kitchen with seating for 13, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath. Also included is a washer & dryer, a balcony off the living room. And all rooms have flat screen TVs. There is an outside shower located under the balcony and a large 2 car garage for parking.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

We had an amazing family trip. Matt and Karen's place is beautiful! Everything was perfect and very clean. The location is unbeatable. Only a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk! We will be back!

Cute place

Nice condo , close to beach . Plenty of space for our party of 10. Only wish is that they had beach tags there or said in the listing that we had to bring cash for them . Also there were elevators but were not accessible to us . Everything else was great , off street parking , distance to beach
