A extremely open floor plan welcomes you and your family as you arrive with soaring cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a sun drenched feel (you finally know your at the shore). The open tiled kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equip for all your vacation needs including full size refrigerator with ice maker, range with built in microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Our 3rd year staying here at the end of Sept. Very comfortable for 6 adults. The rooftop balcony is a great place to catch the sunset. 2 blocks from the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table! Veru close to pickle ball courts. Looking forward to next year!

The place was nice. Steps getting the second floor are a bit steep but doable. We had terrible weather but that had nothing to do with the place. It limited our ability to enjoy the deck and alll the amenities of the place. With four days of rain your games and puzzles came in handy especially for a 7 yr old.

Overall, a great stay. Great location and everything in the unit was functional. Several things were a bit outdated and need to be upgraded soon (dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony table and umbrella, and a few other minor things.) However, these items didn’t take away from our wonderful stay, and for the great price that this unit goes for, we felt it was totally worth it all. Will strongly consider returning!
