Host was very accommodating and easily accessible to communicate with. Location was great for walking to all main sights and located next to the metro for longer distances.
Loved the location of this apartment in Paris, so close to the Metromesnil metro station. The host was very responsive and there were many restaurants nearby.
We had such a wonderful stay in Marie-Alice’s apartment! It is wonderfully located within walking distance of both the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower! Everything we needed was in the apartment, my friend and I stayed here for two nights as a part of our graduation trip and we would absolutely come back! Marie-Alice was also very responsive and helpful:) Highly recommend!
i would like to see new soap in bathroom (versus used) more clear directions on the triple lock door.no clear hospitality with coffee/tea.it felt like staying in someone else’s space more than i prefer.
Cute little place to stay! Has all the essentials you need. Super convenient with the location too. Close to subway which makes it easy to get to even with luggage. They have an elevator so don’t have to haul your suitcases up. The host was awesome super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Beautiful location right above the Miromesnil metro station for easy access to the rest of the city. There is also so much to do within walking distance, with Parc Monceau and Champs-Élysées minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out was very easy. However, the apartment felt very lived-in (full closets, personal items under the sink, and around the apartment). Additionally, there was no soap or shampoo. Otherwise, we had a great stay and loved our time in Paris.
The apartment is in a great location, with a metro station below it, and bus lines surrounding the intersection. Great stores for food and supplies. The elevator makes it easy to get to the 6th floor apartment, and the windows overlook the quiet courtyard, instead of the noisy street.
My sister and I stayed in Marie’s apartment for a week while visiting Paris and we have nothing but good things to say. We LOVE the area, the subway is right beside the unit, lots of places to eat nearby and walking distance to tourist attractions. Mary is an AMAZING host, she replied right away any time i had a question and we kept in contact throughout my stay. She even helped us out with bus passes and how to navigate the area. 10/10 recommend having her as your host, thank you Marie!!

We were disapointed in the state of the apartment. It needed further cleaning and newer linens (only one sheet on bed). Good location right above metro. Overall it did not meet a high standard. Bedbugs? (See photo).
We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and the apartment was a spacious base to do this from. We were only really there to sleepIt was clean and tidy but a little tired and in need of some restorationThe laminate flooring has seen better days in some places and the paint on some of the walls could do with some attentionThe smoke alarm mentioned on the listing wasn’t on the ceiling, but was hidden in a kitchen cupboard where it isn’t much useMost of the lighting didn’t work when we arrived but started to work the next day, although they kept flickering constantly so we had to turn them off. This makes me question the electrics The WiFi box was on and I could connect to it however there was no internet despite rebooting multiple timesThe bathroom was clean and adequate but again was dated & basic. It seemed like a DIY job with the shower tray raised on thermalite blocks. The side walls of the shower were away from the walls so behind there was years of dust. Used bar of soap at the sink but no shower gelThe kitchen & bathroom tap is plumbed in incorrectly with hot & cold the wrong way but the shower is the right wayThe bed dips in the middle which didn’t bother me too much but my girlfriend found it very uncomfortableThe apartment is also full of the owners belongings including stacked in cardboard boxes and suitcases. You can’t open a wardrobe or drawer without feeling like you are snooping so we lived from our bagLaundry facilities doesn’t include an iron
