There is 2000 square feet of living space with the following layout:

* Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds
* Bedroom 4: Queen bed with TV and French doors to rear deck
* Bedroom 5: Master Suite with King bed, TV, attached bath with double sinks and a shower
* Hallway bath with double sinks and tub
* Entry bathroom with single sink and standing shower
* Open floor plan kitchen/living/dining room with 55in TV. All TVs are Roku/smart TVs. The kitchen is well stocked and includes plasticware for children.
* Every bedroom has ceiling fans and dimmable lights.
* In the garage you will find a beach caddy, umbrella, beach chairs, beach cooler, boogie boards and beach toys.
* There are no trundles and no sofa beds in the unit. Maximum capacity is 13 people.
* The condo is located on the second floor of a three floor building. The ground floor is commercial.
* There is no elevator , just one flight of stairs.
* 3.5 blocks away from the 10th street Boardwalk and Beach entrance, a short 8-10 minute walk.

There are 2 parking spots - 1 garage and 1 driveway spot. Just park your car and you can easily walk to Ocean City's top restaurants and attractions. Ocean City has been voted the number one beach in New Jersey and was selected by the Travel Channel as one of the best family beaches in America! Ocean City is the perfect location for a family vacation! This home offers easy beach access and is close to all the boardwalk attractions including Castaway Cove, Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, Music Pier, and Ocean City Waterpark. Just around the corner you will also find mini-golf, ice cream shops, clothing boutiques, and the Jersey shores famous pizzerias. Ocean city also offers activities for all ages: surrey rides on the boardwalk, pirate boat rides, parasailing, private charters, and fishing trips.

Ocean City is located about 20 minutes south of Atlantic City and 30 minutes north of Cape May. Both destinations are perfect for a day trip. Aside from Atlantic City casinos and shows, there is a small aquarium the kids will love, outlet shopping, and lots of dining options on the boardwalk and in the casinos.
