Welcome to the house Bernrieder. Our house is located in the romantic Leitzachtal in the municipality Fischbachau, district Elbach. Here you can expect two cozy country-style furnished non-smoking apartments. The absolutely quiet location and a beautiful well-kept garden invite you to relax and unwind. The location of the apartments is an ideal starting point for extended and relaxing hikes in our beautiful and varied nature and in winter, the cross-country ski run and the Elbacher drag lift is reached in a few minutes.  Rental only to holiday guests (no hire for workers)

Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Restaurants und Cafés waren super. Im Ort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Sehr geeignet für Ausflüge in die Region

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Herr Bernrieder hat uns nett empfangen und war höflich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Wohnung zu einem super Preis. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wie zu Haus

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen. Herr Bernrieder war bei jeder Frage sofort hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, absolut sauber und perfekt aufgeräumt und sortiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Ideal gelegene ruhige Ferienwohnung

Gut ausgestattet, zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich mit gut bestückter Küche, Fahrradschuppen mit Steckdose. Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Kleiner Supermarkt mit gutem Angebot fußläufig zu erreichen, gute Gastronomie am Ort. Anbindung an Radwegenetz, schöne Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung.

Familienurlaub

Eine sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und war sehr nett. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwas ab der Hauptstraße. Man kann zu Fuß bequem zum einholen oder auch essen gehen. Die Umgebung lockt mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Egal ob Schlier- Tegern- oder Spitzingsee, Wendelstein oder Taubenstein.....wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gewiss wieder.
