Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes :
- a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200) and practical storage space ;
- bathroom with WC and spacious shower;
- a modern, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen
- a cosy living room with sofa bed (140 x 195 cm).

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and peacefulness.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Induction hob, Silent hood, Fridge with freezer compartment, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The neighborhood is vibrant. In addition, the apartment is at the foot of the Mairie de Saint-Ouen subway station (line 14 and line 13), which gives direct access to Orly airport and many emblematic sites (Montmartre, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Louvre, etc.).

There's also a supermarket just down the street, open every day for your daily needs.

Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is a dynamic, fast-growing town on the outskirts of Paris, with excellent transport links! Known for its famous flea market, the largest antiques market in the world, it attracts locals and tourists alike (the Paul Bert market or the Biron market). The recently redeveloped Docks district offers modern green spaces, pleasant banks along the Seine and many trendy shops and restaurants. Saint-Ouen is close by public transport, providing rapid access to central Paris. It's a fast-growing area, blending history, culture and modernity.
