The resort amenities will make you never want to leave! There are two outdoor pools, one indoor pool (currently out of commission for repair), and hot tubs. This is the perfect lakeside getaway!

Surprising amenities- KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, drip coffee maker, Smart TVs, plush towels, board games, & every kitchen utensil to spoil a chef! Very comfortably sleeps 6, per fire code. Super easy elevator access with two designated covered parking spots (plus overflow if needed) for your convenience.

Let your adventurous side out and rent a kayak, boat, or wave runner for the day- they can even deliver to you! The renowned Lake Travis is a beautiful and FUN lake, but it is not a constant-level lake. If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA website for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679' msl (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675' msl.

* There is an EXTERIOR monitoring camera at the entrance to the condo as well as cameras around the complex. Absolutely NO cameras on any interior areas of the condo whatsoever.

*Property Damage Protection Fee: Our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

Note: The indoor pool is currently closed due to being resurfaced, but will be reopening soon.
Main Rules:
- Don't get too rowdy, but make sure to enjoy your stay!
- No pets allowed- NO exceptions. The complex is very strict on no pets.
- No smoking in the unit. If you smoke on the balcony, doors must be shut tight. If any smoke smell remains you will be charged $250.
- Remove all trash and wash dishes prior to check out
- Obey all condo complex rules (pool hours, appropriate dress, quiet hours, etc.)
