Elle se compose au nez de jardin d'une entrée, d'une cuisine toute équipée, d'une salle à manger et d'un salon, de 2 chambres, d'une salle de bain et d'un WC séparé.
A l'étage 2 chambres avec salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et d'un WC séparée.
Grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la baie d'Agay, piscine de 10*4.
Elle est climatisée et possède le Wifi.
La villa se situe sur les hauteurs du Rastel, domaine fermé et sécurisé. Elle est au calme absolu, au pied de l'Estérel, dans une impasse.
Idéale pour une famille souhaitant passer des vacances au calme. Sans vis-à-vis.
Néanmoins elle est assez proche de la mer et de toutes les commodités.
