The Danbury 1BR apartment in historic downtown
Located on the bricks in historic downtown Fairbury! The Danbury is a full suite with kitchen, onsite free laundry, free Wi-Fi, walk in shower, spacious living room, and comfy queen size bed. Conveniently located next to several restaurants, movie theatre, boutiques, specialty shops, and coffee shop. Fairbury is surrounded by incredible parks, bike and walking trails, and unique outdoor and historical adventures!
The Danbury is located right atop the stairs, to the left down the hallway and all the way at the end of the hallway, if you enter the west entrance. Entry door on the street has the On The Bricks logo on the door so its super easy to find!
Free on the street parking. I suggest parking on E street and using the West entrance but there is a South entrance on 5th street that can also access your unit.
Historic downtown district is very charming and alot of dining and shopping, and coffee all within a quick walk.

Great property in the heart of Fairbury. Roomy 1 bedroom apartment with great living room, dining room and kitchen. Bathroom is updated and quite roomy. Owner was easy to work with and communication was great. Would recommend!

Nephew's wedding
Being from 2 hours away from Fairbury, it was great to have a clean spacious location for my family to change and freshen up. We didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment, but what time we did spend was very enjoyable. The apartment was cute, clean, and spacious. I showed the VRBO post around at the reception and everyone was amazed by the accommodations and pricing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We have been active in various real estate areas since the early 2000's..... from being an independent licensed Realtor broker, doing many flip renovation projects, and have long term rental properties. We love spending time with our family when we aren't working on properties. Fishing and any outdoor activities, reading, and watching sports.
Why they chose this property
The opportunity to find such a unique opportunity in such a wonderful community doesn't come around very often! The opportunity to bring great short term rentals as well as develop a premier event venue was something our community desperately needed! It would great service to have a place that offers full amenities when folks are in town for business, a wedding or special event, weekend getaway, or to visit family.
