With your help of keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services.
Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. This fee is for your parking permit, which is essential during your stay. The entire fee goes directly to the Homeowners Association (HOA), not to us as hosts. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.
