Apartment 2:
The furnished in Bavarian style apartment with private entrance has a total area of 54 sqm, plus a terrace area of 30sqm.  The apartment has a sunny location from morning to evening. On the ground floor is next to the entrance area, the kitchenette, then living area, opposite bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Living room and bedroom composed of wooden floors, wooden ceilings and walls, as well as handmade furniture.

The Gschwandlerhof is located on a sunny southern slope on the outskirts of the city Tegernsee. Rest and sunshine can be enjoyed on the lawn at a small pond all day long. Your hikes and bike rides start directly from the farm. The center and lake are only a few minutes by car. Your parking lot is right next to your, in Bavarian style built and furnished apartment (separate entrance). All apartments include free Wi-Fi.   Grid square H9

Wenn man die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist man ist man in dem Ferienhaus mit urigen bayrischen Charme, oberhalb der Stadt Tegernsee auf dem Gschwandlerhof, genau richtig.Wir haben all das genossen und sind jeden Tag von unserem Domizil zu Wanderungen gestartet, in die Berge und rund um den See.

Ein Kleines Paradies

Als wir bei der Hütte ankamen waren wir Begeistert über die Lage und die Ruhe dort. Die Hütte ist Sauber und hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Was nicht da ist braucht man auch nicht. Die Inneneinrichtung ist überwiegend selbst gefertigt und von hoher Qualität. Man hat eine tolle Sicht auf den See und in den Wald. Wer die Ruhe zum abschalten vom Alltag sucht wird sie hier finden. Es ist auch ein Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um den Gschwandlerhof.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr Freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Hütte gerne weiter.

Urlaub am Gschwandlerhof ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist unfassbar schön. Die Anbindung an Wanderwege ist hervorragend und die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos total schön und gemütlich.

Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Die gemütliche Hütte liegt etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft Tegernsee und somit in einer sehr ruhigen und natürlichen Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die ideale Ferienwohnung, wenn man wirklich abschalten möchte und das Einfache wertschätzt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Stille und Einfachheit

Sehr zu empfehlen für diejenigen die die Ruhe und das Einfache schätzen ohne Schnickschnack. Die Stadt Tegernsee ist sogar in etwa 20-25 min. fussläufig erreichbar. Dann ist man aber wirklich direkt am See!

Wer das das einfache in ruhiger Lage liebt, ist hier richtig. Zentral zu allen Wandertouren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Nachteilig fanden wir den fehlenden Backofen in der Küche.
