You'll settle into a traditional farmhouse typical of the southeast of Toulouse. Here, in bygone days, the owner's family dried wheat and processed pigs, perpetuating the ancestral traditions of a rich and authentic agricultural life. Today, this detached property, with its large private garden, is perfect for gatherings with friends or family. Named "La Ralle," in homage to the Roman concept of a gathering place, this gîte is ideal for two families looking to reconnect in a peaceful village with all the necessary amenities. "La Ralle" is much more than just a gîte: it's a true haven for those seeking to combine tranquility, culture, and leisure. Located 1 km from the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 30 minutes from the city center of Toulouse, the Pink City, and a few kilometers from Revel, Lake Saint-Ferréol, Villefranche-de-Lauragais, Lake Thésauque in Nailloux and its water sports center, and an hour from Foix, Carcassonne, Montauban, and Albi... The cottage is harmoniously arranged over two levels to offer comfort and welcoming common areas: - Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined together, 80 x 200 cm, TV, private shower room) (1 double bed, 160 x 200 cm; you will need to use the other bedroom on the ground floor to shower). - First floor: a large living room, a place for sharing and relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a reading corner, board games, and a foosball table; as well as a dormitory (1 double bed 140*190cm, 3 single beds 90*190cm, and a private bathroom). Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. No heating in the kitchen. To fully enjoy the green surroundings, you will find: - A large table (8 people), a picnic table (6 people), and a round outdoor table (4 people). Parasols - A pétanque court - A barbecue A place steeped in history, an idyllic setting, a region to explore without moderation...
