Beautiful and spacious high-end condo with breathtaking views fully supplied with all your needs, for relaxing, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, outdoor grilling, tele-commuting, gym in the building, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, great Florida living style of sun and fun. Watch the manatees and dolphins play off of your screened-in lanai furnished for relaxing and dinner meal time or relaxing with a glass of champagne. Bedroom furniture is all new, with Florida style decor for beach living and boating. A great place to escape and get away, where if needed every room has a workstation to meet those needs. Every room has a television for each person's specific favorite viewing. For families, an instant crib is available. The King Bed in 3rd bedroom can convert into twin beds for those needs. A covered parking garage space is provided for your convenience.

Don and Jenny Lewis are the owners. They discovered the Grande Isle paradise in 2009 and rented a beautiful condo every summer. We fell in love with this Florida paradise tucked away in a natural setting with plenty of friendly people to socialize. We are very career focused family and live busy lifestyles. This paradise is our way to escape, relax, have family fun in the sun of fishing and beautiful Boca Grande beaches. We love this place so much, we invested into the property this year in 2021 and purchased a sixth floor unit with amazing sunset views. Our permanent home is in Florida, and we are just 2 hours north; so no heavy travel time and loading required. We intend this to be our forever retirement location when the time is right, where our children and their families can vacation in this lovely setting.

This property is tucked away in Burnt Store Marina with beautiful waterfront properties overlooking Port Charlotte Harbor with a direct boat ride over to Boca Grande for beautiful clear bright blue water and beaches; favorite restaurants, and the Boca Grande Pass known for best Tarpon Fishing in the World. We also love to jump in the boat and ride over to Cabbage Key island with their amazing seafood restaurant, where the only way to travel there is by boat. It's a favorite tourist attraction, so you may need to wait.
