Good
Good unit in a great location. Great response from management when issues came up. The house needs more coffee cups and could use some artwork. Not having a place to put skis or hang up jackets was not great.
Great location! Super easy to access the bus for skiing or to go into park city. The host was quick to answer any questions. Very clean and comes with basic kitchen items. Really enjoyed our stay!

Good property, good location
Unit was in good condition and the location is very good as well. Kitchen could have been better appointed, but it did not detract from our stay and we had a great time.

Location, Location, Location
We enjoyed our stay at Settler's Ridge. The location was perfect -- walking distance from Main Street, on a central bus route (particularly for skiing Deer Valley) and accessible to many other activities, too. The house had everything we needed.
Right off bus line it was very easy to access Deer Valley mountain an we walked into Park City. The hosts were very accommodating and professional, could not have been better. I second the earlier review asking for a jacket hook right inside the door but that's about it.

Nice place, good location
The condo was as advertised, with all major systems and appliances functioning properly. The kitchen could be better equipped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
The home was clean and had everything you needed. It is about a 10-15 min walk to town, or there are several buses that stop near the home. We will be back!!

Cozy Condo in Perfect Location
A wonderful experience at Settlers Ridge! We stayed for 6 weeks over the summer, and it was great. The Park City Host staff is always available when questions or concerns arrived, and they were quick and kind when fixing a small issue with our smoke detector. The house was clean upon arrival and very well stocked with supplies. A little light on kitchen equipment if you are going to be doing a lot of cooking but we made it work. Additionally the location is so perfect. You can easily walk to downtown PC to restaurants and shops, and you are steps away from Deer Valley Cafe and the lakeside. My family of 4 will definitely be back! Such a great experience from start to finish!
I spent a weekend with my daughter here skiing Deer Valley. Goods: easy walk to town, ski bus stop out front, garage parking, larger and nicer than expected, clean with everything you need for a nice weekend. Not as good: no coat hooks when you walk in which is picky but it is a ski rental, showers are a bit dated, fireplace needed a little bit of manipulation to get lit.
We would stay here again without question.

Good
Good location and appreciated the covered parking.
But place is in dire need of simple upgrades like coat hooks upon entry and softer lighting. Dishes were also questionable so had to clean everything.
Great location and layout but spartan feel. The owners need to add some touches to make it feel like a place I'd like to return to. Not one piece of decor anywhere on the walls, short on drinking glasses, and quick fixes needed throughout (e.g.master bath outlet did not work, toilet paper holders all falling off the walls). And for goodness sake, it's a ski location, add a coat rake at the front door please, it might cost $20. For a few hundred dollars the place could be so much better. Just needs attention to details.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
average unit- OK for 3 or 4 people
The actual unit was average- there should have been hooks(there were NBONE) in the foyer to hang up coats, gloves, etc-when you first walk in. Also- no towel bars nor hooks in the bathroom upstairs. There were literally enough plates, cups glasses for exactly 4 people. We were three, but that required running the dishwasher multiple times a day- after each meal. THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK TO THIS PROPERTY IS THE POOR ACCESS TO GET INTO THE UNIT. THERE WERE 25 STEPS TO DRAG UP FROM THE PARKING GARAGE. THERE WAS A LONG WALK WITH STEPS TO GET FROM THE STREET INTO THE UNIT. THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEOTABLE WITH SUITCAGES, GROCERIES, SKIIS, ETC. IF THIS WAS SOMEHOW DESIGNATED ON THE WEBSITE- WE WOULD NOT HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY. The management was responsive when we asked for more towels and toilet paper, and when the heat needs to be adjusted.
Mostly good but a couple problems. There was a shattered pot all over the ground at the front door. The steps going upstairs were falling apart. Not sure if the heat is working properly. One of the upstairs tubs wouldn’t drain.
