Villa Manuel-Antonio is situated in the most unique multi-million dollar estate (next door to the hotel Mariposa). This breathtaking condo is an air-conditioned condo. It is ideal for groups activities and yet affords complete privacy with separate living spaces. This condo has it own fully equipped kitchen dinning area and comfortable lounge.

Villa Manuel-Antonio offers this spectacular condo. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on two levels. From the living areas, kitchen deck, pool and bedrooms you will have an impressive unobstructed view on the Manuel-Antonio bay, the National-Park as well the jungle. The beauty of the tropical foliage and the soothing sounds of the nature will make it an unforgettable experience for you.

Within short walking distance (2 minutes), you will find restaurants, spas, bars, night clubs, banks and Americans car rentals. A short drive will get you to the beaches (Biesang, Espadilla and the others) has well the famous Manuel-Antonio National-Park. There is a trail behind the condo who bring you to the beach and the National-Park in 10-15 minutes walking.

There are 2 bedrooms with its owns private balcony on the second floor and a huge wrap around terrace on the first floor. There is a living-room on each floor with cable TV. Each living areas has a sliding door that open to the Pacific ocean and the National-Park. The Mediterranean style kitchen is fully equipped.

Great house in great location

House was great - beautiful views, great layout and close to everything that Manuel Antonio has to offer. Restaurants within walking distance. Beach was a hike but easy enough to drive to. Will definitely stay again.

Very Nice House

We stayed here for a fishing vacation. Only 10 mins from the Marina and near a bunch of restaurants and shops for convenience. We didn't have much time to enjoy the property (On the Boat everyday) but it was clean, owner was easy to talk with, and beautiful views

A week in Manuel Antonio

The house is very comfortable, very well located, not so greatly kept but good enough, however, there are two main issues: 1- There is no washer and dryer as listed (you can give your things to the guy that works on the property to wash them for you but I didn’t want to do that) 2- The internet is not reliable, and we did needed it for the kids to attend virtual school and for our work so that was a big problem for us. When I wrote to the owner about it he wasn’t very helpful, and the guy that works on site either

Anniversary Celebration

22 of our family spent New Years in this villa. It made our family celbration very special. We were treated as guests to the villa and guest to the country. The owner made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The chefs were exceptional! There was nothing we would change except to stay longer. Thank you Laurent!!
