Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom detached holiday home for rent on the shores of Lake Geneva, 70 metres from the small beach of Excenevex - 2 min walk. Yvoire is only 2.5 kms away! Sleeps up to 4 people (2 bedrooms), ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy the beauty of this area. Centre of Excenevex, close to bakery and mini-market. We include all bed linen and towels (including beach towels) in the price.
Accommodation
We are only 70 metres from the small beach and the Port. Our 2 bedroom duplex house Semi-detached house with 1 shower room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped living room/kitchen.
Traveller access
Private 2 bedroom and 1 shower room duplex house with parking for 1 car.
Other remarks
Please note. No parties are allowed and no "extra" guests please. The accommodation takes a maximum of 4 people. NO SMOKING or Vaping inside the property, thank you.
For the summer season from Saturday, July 5th to Saturday, August 30th, we will only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
So for a multi-day request, you will need to book the week and the system will offer you a discount.
