About this property

This spacious and newly updated home is in the heart of Northwest Reno close to Downtown & UNR. With easy access to the highway you'll be about less than 40 minutes from Ski Resorts and less than an hour away from N. Lake Tahoe! This home is one that the whole family or large group can enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a newly updated kitchen and dining area perfect for guests to enjoy. The screened in back deck gives the family an even bigger place to enjoy all year long. The home is posted on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood giving the guests the best of privacy from neighbors & quick access to the highway. For larger groups, guests can turn the additional living room into a bedroom with a convertible couch and complete with privacy screens.

For guests traveling with children we have a high-chair, tub, baby utensils and toys for your little ones to use. Older kids and adults will be sure to enjoy the screened in back deck playing ping-pong & fooseball!

Hot august nights

Everything was perfect. House was spacious and comfortable. Great location to everything. If i have to say anything negative is that i would of liked a regular coffee pot.

Wonderful property

We had a great experience working with the owner. The location is central in Reno and it is a great propery! We had several people and no issues with sleeping space or hot water or any of the appliances etc. Highly recommend!

Family skii trip

The house is clean and fully equipped, the location is closed to Mt. Rose skii resorts, Sparks outlets and cassino. We enjoyed out short vacation/skii trips a lots, would love to come back here. Thank you!
