High Speed Internet with Netflix access, A Carport for parking your car and private entrance. Patio has huge Umbrella that can be used for relaxing under the Texas heat. The backyard is huge and very easy access to major freeways in town. Very close to downtown dallas. Dont miss it !!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
Even though I had proof of confirmation from Expedia for this reservation, owner chose not to honor it. Pretty sure he decided that since it was the eclipse weekend in Dallas he chose to take a higher paying option and ignore my confirmed reservation. Expedia paid him and he refused to give me back the money even though he would not allow me to use the reservation. He told me to take it up with Expedia. Stay away from this property. He will steal your money.
