Our detached house is located near the beach (300m) in the beautiful Friedrichskoog, directly on the North Sea coast in the district of Friedrichskoog. The Big Balje is a quiet side street with no through traffic and a dead end. The location close to the center and a short walk to the beach are given despite the idyllic location. Now a few technical details about our domicile: Our semi-detached house is suitable for 2-6 persons and 1 infant, garage and / or parking space for 2 cars is available.   The ground floor: A large living room with tiled stove invites you to a cozy get-together, equipped with satellite TV, Playstation 3 with various games, DVD player, radio with CD and dining table with highchair complete the picture. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 4 ring hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and various small appliances leaves nothing to be desired. A large hallway with wardrobe represents the entrance area with stairs to the upper floor. The ground floor has a toilet with sink, a storage room with coin-operated washing machine, the terrace with garden furniture, playground / sunbathing area, beach chair, 2 bicycles, garden barbecue complete the facilities.  The upper floor: Here are 2 friendly bedrooms - one of which is equipped with a TV-laminate flooring, cot and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the pointed gable is another bedroom with 2 beds.   Bed linen and towels are available for a fee. Pets on request.

Wir waren im Oktober 2021 in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr begeistert von den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliches Haus in guter Lage zum Strand

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und bietet alles was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist wie im eigenen Heim. Das Auto kann man gut am Haus parken. Frische Brötchen bekommt man nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt jeden morgen frisch und lecker. Wattwanderungen finden gleich am Strand statt, welcher ebenfalls 8 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist.

Familienfreundliche strandnahe Unterkunft

Wir Großeltern verbrachten mit Sohn, Schwiegertochter und Enkel eine erholsame Ferienwoche in dem zu bewertenden Doppelhaus in Friedrichskoog Spitze und haben uns dort gut erholt. Alles haben wir so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die 3 Fahrräder in der Garage, die allerdings als Autostellplatz nicht benutzbar war, da sie als Lager für andere Gegenstände diente. Schön war der nagelneue Strandkorb im angrenzenden Garten und das kleine Zimmerchen in der 2. Etage als Rückzugsort.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Doppelhaushälfte in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. 3 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Gäste WC sind gut aufgeteilt. Die voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein tolles Wohnzimmer runden die Sache gut ab. Relaxen im Strandkorb sowie die Möglichkeit den Grill zu befeuern. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
