Located on the first floor of a quiet residence, this lovely T2 + cabin apartment is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideally situated just steps from the beach and within immediate reach of shops, restaurants, and the vibrant center of Canet Plage, it’s the perfect spot for a car-free holiday.

The apartment features a bright main living area with a 140x200 cm sofa bed (clic-clac), a TV, dining table, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and drip coffee makers, and a kettle.

The separate bedroom includes a 140x200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The cabin room, equipped with a window, can be used to install a baby bed or as a storage space. A shower room with shower cabin and toilet completes the interior. Outside, a pleasant terrace allows you to enjoy meals in the open air.

Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

Everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, local markets (on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays), and summer activities are all nearby.

Optional services are available: linen rental (double bed kit €12, single bed kit €9, towel kit €8), Wi-Fi box rental for €39 per week.
