Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Durch die zentrale Lage, ist es möglich, viele Plätze zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Individuelle FeWo

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprachen nicht der FeWo. Die Wohnung ist unter dem Dach und man sollte nicht allzu groß sein. In der Badewanne kann man nicht stehen. Davon abgesehen ist es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben für den ersten Tag und guten Start in den Urlaub alles vorbereitet (Kaffee, Milch, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Müllbeutel, Küchenhandtücher) - das findet man nicht oft. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, so dass man immer einen Platz im Schatten findet. Die Lage ist sehr gut - Parkplatz vor der Tür und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Seeufer.

Super eingerichtet, gute Lage, gemütlich.

In der Wohnung war alles ordentlich,sauber. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet (sogar eine elektrische Zitronenpresse...sehr praktisch, weil wir erkältet waren😊). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, es hat alles gepasst.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Zum Wandern perfekt gelegen. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sehr sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Alles vorhanden, alles gut!

Die Ferienwohnung Max-Josef gefiel uns nicht nur wegen ihrer Ausstattung sondern auch wegen der zentralen Lage. Da mit der Tegernsee-Card die Busfahrten im Landkreis Miesbach kostenfrei sind, konnten wir nach ein paar Schritten zum Bahnhofsplatz unsere Wandertouren starten. Familie Polano sind sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber.

Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im schönen Ort Tegernsee. Fußläufig sind Bäcker und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten und sogar ein paar Gewürze und Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren da. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und haben für Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Als unser 3-jähriger Sohn nicht so gut auf dem ausklappbaren Schlafsessel schlafen konnte, brachte man uns sofort ein Kinder-Reisebett. Man macht mit der Buchung dieser Unterkunft nichts verkehrt und die Region ist eine Reise wert.

Die Übergabe der Wohnung bei An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage, ob zum Bahnhof, in den Ort oder zum Einstieg in die Berge. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!
