With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home is perfect for groups and families. Just off King Street in the Crosstown neighborhood, parking and proximity are a breeze.

Step into the home through your private stairwell to find an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of space awaits the whole crew, with a high-top dining table seating six, a cozy lounge area, and an HD flatscreen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities, ensuring you have everything to whip up the perfect meal or snack for your crew.

“The Savannah Suite B” boasts a single-floor layout, with all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located down the hall from the common areas on the second floor. Two rooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, one with its private ensuite recently updated with modern furnishings/appliances. The third bedroom, no less charming, offers a comfy queen size bed and adorable accents to brighten your mood. In the hallway, find another full bathroom to be shared between this room and the other bedroom, plus a washer-dryer set for your convenience.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
