Independent fitted and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, electric cooker with oven, French press coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine), with a dining area for up to 8 guests, opening onto a private courtyard with a bench.

Bright bathroom with bathtub and WC.

On the 1st floor:

Bedroom 1: one 140 × 190 cm bed (duvet), wardrobe, and a lovely view over the port of Étel.

Shower room with shower and WC.

Bedroom 2: two 90 × 190 cm single beds (duvets), shelving, overlooking the port.

Bedroom 3: a trundle bed providing two 90 × 190 cm sleeping spaces (duvets).

On the 2nd floor:

Attic with a beautiful view over the port, fitted with a lounge area, a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm, duvet), a relaxation/games area, and an ironing board.

Public street parking available.
Pets welcome: €5/day.

Consumption package extra: 84€ per week, except from May 23rd to September 26th, 2026.
Optional: linen rental and childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair et baby bath).
End-of-stay cleaning: €200.
