Quiet cozy cottage on Fountains golf course at Garland. 4 -18 hole courses, restaurant, tiki bar, pro shop. During the summer enjoy playing golf, go for a swim or grab some dinner at the lodge restaurant. The house is stocked with everything you need. All mattresses are new with premium bedding. Downstairs and upstairs smart tv. Log into your streaming services. Strong Wifi, Keurig with pods, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap provided. Plenty of cookware and drinkware. An ice maker for your drinks. Outside deck table and seating. Firepit with chairs. *must bring your own firewood and clean up after* Cards and games available. During the winter months enjoy the groomed trails for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Snow mobile trails nearby.

Our keypad lock ran out of battery & we were locked out of our property with 3 children under the age of 7 at 8:00 at night. No one was able to get us into the cottage until after 9:15. No key is available- we were told we could call a locksmith( on our dollar ) . A cleaning lady and maintenance man came to try and help us. The maintenance man picked the lock- not very reassuring- and we were able to get in. The owner of the property did not seem too interested in our predicament. Since cell service is spotty at best this whole incident was difficult to manage and incredibly frustrating to manage with three exhausted children. I would not stay in this cottage again- the lodge is a much safer option.

Cozy Family Christmas

Cabin was throughly stocked with everything we could possibly need! Very inviting decor, comfortable and cozy. Every detail was thought out, including information not only on restaurants, but on the local grocery store and pharmacy.

I hope you enjoy our family cottage. I've stayed at many vrbo places and a host that puts the little extras in makes it a wonderful stay. I have updated the cottage so there are all new mattresses, luxury bedding and upgraded towels. All shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and keuring pods for your enjoyment. There is also an ice maker for your drinks, plenty of board games and an outside fire pit
