The Happy Mallard is newly renovated and has one of the best beach fronts on all of West Twin Lake. The house offers a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open plan living/dining room plus a separate TV room and laundry. Outdoors includes a big lake front yard, BQ, deck, dock, and the best fishing in the lake! We supply 2 kayaks, beach towels and a fire pit for summer rentals. It's the perfect place for making memories.

This wonderful house was our late mothers and she loved her life here and asked we keep it and share it with others. It is our hope that our renters will create their own lasting memories and enjoy our home as much as we still do.
What makes this property unique
This home is special as it not only has amazing views of the lake but is also located at the deepest part of West Twin and thus has the best fishing due to that. We have amazing sunsets and are also a short walk from town.
