The Space:
Ideal for family, groups, couples, solo and business travelers alike, this Villa transforms accordingly to welcome all. Literally steps from the Pool and Children's Playground! Newly built and alluringly furnished, the Villa is located in Richmond Estates which is only a 5-minute drive to Richmond Estates private beach and a 20-minute drive to Ocho Rios town center. The property is situated in a 24-hour security-safe Richmond Estates neighbourhood with simply breathtaking vistas, this 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Villa gives you access to a wide array of conveniences. A grocery store with delivery service, a local Coconut/fruits/vegetable vendor, an infinity pool, a gym, a clubhouse, Tennis lessons available and security are among the finer offerings! The clubhouse with various amenities and kids' playground is only steps away!

The location is ideal because although so close to the heart of Ocho Rios, it is tranquil and quiet. We are located across from the famous restaurant Plantation Smokehouse. Getting to and from the airport is very simple and easy and taxi services are also available to make things even easier. No matter what your need, business or leisure, the modern conveniences of our Villa will suit your requirements.

LOCATION:
Centrally located is quite an understatement. The Villa is literally minutes from awesome attractions and restaurants. Whether travelling with a significant other, family, friends or solo, there is something to suit your needs among the many perks and amenities. The Villa boasts a clubhouse equipped for basketball, tennis, a jogging track, a gym, a pool table, and an infinity swimming pool. Tennis lessons are also available for a nominal fee.

CAPACITY: There are three bedrooms all of which have a television.

Bedroom 1: which may sleep up to 2 people: it has a comfortable and cozy King-sized Bed.
Bedroom 2: which may sleep up to 2 people: it has a cozy Queen-sized Bed.
Bedroom 3: which may sleep 4 people: it has two comfortable double beds.

Fresh sheets and towels are supplied.

The villa is ideally situated in an amazing neighbourhood - Richmond Estates. Centrally located and secure, the area is safe and clean with ocean views and beautiful vistas of the mountains. A perfect base for exploring the city.
